Date Tamarind Chutney

INGREDIENTS:

8-10 seedless dates
2 teaspoons tamarind pulp
4 teaspoons grated jaggery
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon rock salt
50 ml water

RECIPE:

Add all the ingredients and grind in a food processor to make a smooth paste. Serve with any fried snack of your choice or add to chaats.
