Green Coriander Chutney

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup fresh coriander leaves
2 green chilies
1/2 inch ginger
2 cloves garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt (to taste)

RECIPE:

Clean the coriander leaves thoroughly and chop roughly. Add green chilies, ginger, garlic lemon juice and salt. Adding just a little water, grind into a smooth paste. Serve with any fried snack of your choice or add to chaats.
