Dry Garlic Chutney

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup dry coconut (grated)
4-5 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder (optional, if you like it a little tangy. I do without it!)
Salt (to taste)

RECIPE:

Combine all the ingredients together and grind to make a dry coarse chutney. Also known as Vada Pav Chutney, this is best eaten with Maharashtrian snacks and Vada Pav,
